The Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology's Guest Lecture Committee is thrilled to host the 8th edition of the Integrity and Ethics Conclave. This year's theme is "MetaMeld: Crafting the Tapestry of Tech and Humanity" with the goal of understanding the revolutionary technological trends impacting the future of the business environment and how they are changing business practices.

The theme of MetaMeld: Crafting the Tapestry of Tech and Humanity seeks to explore questions about the future of humanity and the role of technology in our society through the lens of four subthemes.

• MetaMeld: Crafting the Tapestry of Tech and Humanity - Explores the intricate interplay between technology and human experiences.

  Speaker - Mr. Samir Chabukswar
  Samir Chabukswar, CEO & Founder of YUJ Designs, leads the largest UX design studio in India. With over 28 years of expertise, he guides Fortune 500 companies in realizing business value. YUJ Designs is a top-ranking digital UX company globally, recognized with prestigious awards, including the RED DOT award in 2020 and the SME of the year 2022 by the Government of Maharashtra.

• Beyond Pixels - Creating digital experiences that are not only visually appealing but also ethical and trustworthy. Dive into the layers beyond what meets the eye, exploring the various dimensions that extend beyond the surface of pixels.

  Speaker - Mr. Anub George
  Anub George is a Pune-based writer, director, and brand strategist. He is a Film critic for Times of India and has been associated with Times Group's NIE Project since 2018. He is the founder of Pune Film Movement and chairs a Literary Society (LitSoc). He is also the podcast creator of 'Mundane Matters'.

• Earthly Chronicles -Exploring how we can live in sync with our planet, emphasizing sustainable practices, and showcasing how agri-tourism plays a part in nurturing a balanced relationship.

  Speaker - Mr. Pandurang Taware
  Pandurang Taware, founder of Agri Tourism Development Corporation (ATDC) in India, pioneered agri-tourism to empower Maharashtra farmers. With 500 trained farmers, 307 locations, and a 33% income boost, ATDC blends local employment, women's empowerment, and marketing initiatives for sustainable livelihoods.

• Mindware Convergence - Exploring the ethical side of artificial intelligence (AI) in the fields of psychology and mental health.

  Speaker - Ms. Nirali Bhatia 
  Nirali Bhatia is a Consulting Psychologist and Cybersecurity expert. She is the founder of Cyber B.A.A.P. and director at V4WEB Technologies Pvt. Ltd and V4WEB Cybersecurity. She pioneers secure applications and anti-cyberbullying initiatives. Ms. Bhatia is also recognized as "India's top Women influencer in Cyber Security" for two consecutive years.

• Cosmic Conscience -Exploring the ethical considerations in space exploration

  Speaker - Ms. Leena Bokil
  Leena Bokil, a NASA-trained professional, pursues Pre-Doc Research on 'Aliens and ET Existence' at the University of Edinburgh. She is currently with Electronica Mechatronics Systems Pvt Ltd, Pune, and is renowned for her R&D contributions. She is the recipient of The IETE's 'Young Women in Engineering Award,' Rotary's Paul Harris Fellowship, 'Savitri Bai Phule Award,' and 'Kranti-Veer Jyoti Shikshan Puraskar,' Leena is a sought-after speaker featured on Doordarshan Sahyadri, TV9, Saam, and Jai.
