SPROUT IT 2024

SproutIT 2024, powered by Whoopmasters India and hosted by the Information Technology Entrepreneurship & Leadership (iTELF) Team, shines a spotlight on innovation and entrepreneurship with its theme, "Prismatic North". This event is designed to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders, offering a vibrant platform for creativity, collaboration, and learning.

The event kicked off with Riya Yadav and Karthik Subhash from iTELF welcoming participants and highlighting SproutIT's mission to foster innovation, leadership, and mentorship. Dr. Dhanya Pramod honored the guest with a token of appreciation. Professor Apoorva Kulkarni's keynote emphasized the evolving nature of business, inspired by Philip Kotler's Marketing 4.0, and the significance of personal connections in today's digital world. It featured visionary entrepreneurs like Miss Prachi Shevgaonkar, Founder & CEO of the Cool the Globe App, and Mr. Roshaan V Mishra, Founder & CEO of BrandsDaddy, who shared inspiring stories of resilience, innovation, and social responsibility. Professor Raghav expressed his gratitude to everyone for their presence and concluded the talk with an inspiring quote from Swami Vivekananda. As the welcome event concluded, participants were encouraged to embrace an entrepreneurial mindset, making SproutIt 2024 a launchpad for future leaders and innovators.

The energy from the morning's inauguration had set a vibrant tone for the rest of the day. Case Quest by SCIT Quality Improvement Cell challenged teams to solve business-related case studies. Next up was Come To The Rescue, where participants immersed themselves in an exhilarating escape room game and worked together to save a fictional tech startup from impending disaster. The Entrepreneurial Film Festival was an online event designed to showcase the inspiring journeys of entrepreneurs who have transformed their visions into reality. Deal or No Deal was an interactive event where participants competed in teams to identify, value, and negotiate the best deals on mysterious items. The Station Challenge was a dynamic and energetic competition designed to test teams' problem-solving abilities, creativity, and teamwork skills.

Additionally, E-Lympics featured exciting games like football and Formula One, where participants showcased their gaming skills. To top it all off, various food stalls offered a diverse selection of delicious cuisines, providing everyone with a delightful culinary experience throughout the event. The event concluded on a high note with lively dance and music performances, adding a festive atmosphere and bringing everyone together to celebrate the day's achievements.
